The Record Searchlight's Customer Service Center and our online subscription management portal will be unavailable later this week as we upgrade our consumer billing software. The service interruption will begin at 5 p.m. Wednesday. We expect to resume regular operations at 7 a.m. Sunday. While the system is offline, the Customer Service Center will be unable to accept incoming calls or process subscription transactions. This includes reporting a missed delivery, ordering or changing a subscription, placing a delivery hold, or making a payment. Newsroom operations will not be affected.
